Indonesian Psychiatry, AI Evaluation Specialist

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI training and evaluation
• Conduct expert psychiatric assessments and provide annotations reflecting Indonesian clinical practices and perspectives
• Review AI-generated mental health content for clinical accuracy, safety, ethical considerations, and cultural appropriateness
• Produce clear and precise documentation and analysis in both Indonesian and English
• Collaborate with AI researchers, clinicians, and interdisciplinary project teams
• Apply appropriate ethical standards when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content and maintain confidentiality
• Contribute to bilingual frameworks for accurate communication of psychiatric concepts
• Provide expert feedback on how AI systems evaluate and reason about mental health scenarios
• Identify clinically inaccurate, culturally inappropriate, or potentially harmful outputs

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
• Completed psychiatry residency
• Valid medical license or appropriate professional registration
• Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of Indonesian clinical and cultural perspectives on mental health
• Strong ethical judgment and ability to work with sensitive mental health content
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
