Implementation Consultant

• Lead client implementation projects from point-of-sale to a fully operational live product
• Act as the primary project manager throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Conduct discovery sessions to map procurement and financial processes and design optimized Precoro workflows
• Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, and client data migration
• Keep internal teams and client stakeholders on track with deadlines, risks, and technical dependencies
• Deliver interactive product workshops and onboarding sprints for client stakeholders
• Create deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short workflow videos
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and convert client feedback into product improvements
• Master platform logic and independently lead onboarding projects from kickoff to deployment
• Identify client process gaps, engineer workarounds, and create scalable deployment assets

• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, for daily complex business negotiations
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, control deadlines, and mitigate scope creep
• High-level experience with Excel/Google Sheets to structure, validate, and map client metrics and data
• Ability to handle user resistance, simplify complex system logic, and guide corporate clients through process transformations
• Curiosity and ownership in reverse-engineering technical issues and coordinating with engineering teams on API/integration setups
• Nice to have: experience running software implementation or onboarding for clients in the US, UK, or Europe
• Nice to have: understanding of finance, accounting, or procurement operations
• Nice to have: familiarity with B2B SaaS, ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, or complex CRM platforms
• Nice to have: academic background in economics, finance, management, or related technical fields
