Product Manager

• Develop FinLink’s SaaS platform for mortgage brokers together with Engineering and Design
• Identify user needs, set product priorities, and guide features from ideation through release
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/Design, and Compliance on new features from conception through release
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Actively contribute to refinements, sprint reviews, and prioritization workshops
• Use product analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product decisions
• Serve as the team’s central point of contact for product-related questions
• Ensure transparent alignment with stakeholders and other product teams
• Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and specification drafting
• Share experiences and insights on the use of AI with the team

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Management, as a Product Owner, or in a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in a technology or SaaS company
• Ability to structure complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analytical and user-focused approach
• Experience making data- and feedback-driven product decisions and setting priorities
• Clear communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives
• Willingness to work closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders
• Interest in artificial intelligence and active use of AI tools
• Fluent German skills
• Good English skills
• Initial experience with AI-powered product features, LLM-based applications, or automated document processing is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of the financial services, FinTech, or another regulated environment is a plus, but not required
