Strategic Program Manager

• Initiate and lead change initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of product management and collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage strategic initiatives as well as company-wide change projects and programs from conception through successful implementation
• Further develop operating models, including decision-making frameworks and governance structures, and embed them within the organization
• Coordinate collaboration among Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support
• Establish scalable communication, enablement, and knowledge management processes
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Drive continuous improvement in idea management, organizational development, and innovation management
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders at the intersection of strategy, organization, and execution

• University degree or comparable qualification in technology, software, business, organizational development, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, PMO, or a comparable strategic role
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Solid knowledge of project management, change management, stakeholder management, governance structures, operating models, and process design
• Good understanding of software development, product organizations, and technical interdependencies
• Excellent communication skills at the executive and management levels
• Structured and analytical approach to work
• High adaptability and resilience
• Ability to effectively support change and decision-making processes
• Very good command of German
• Good command of English for communication in an international environment
