Senior Business Analyst – Operations

• Lead Addi’s Capital Markets Analytics & Reporting function
• Own covenant monitoring, debt and cash forecasting, and pre-launch funding viability assessments for new products and credit facilities
• Establish automated verification protocols for servicing reports and covenant compliance across active debt facilities
• Redesign and refine rolling cash flow and dynamic borrowing base models
• Establish pre-launch funding viability assessments with New Money and Product teams
• Hire, onboard, and mentor 2 Senior Business Analysts
• Drive analytical alignment across Finance, Risk, Legal, and lenders for new credit facilities
• Embed AI-driven automation into covenant monitoring and forecasting workflows
• Direct senior analysts in building and deploying automated monitoring/reporting agents
• Communicate facility performance, risks, and complex financial concepts to executives and institutional lenders
• Maintain independent risk oversight and accuracy across recurring compliance processes

• Proven track record of driving capital markets and structured finance analytics (MUST HAVE)
• Deep expertise in borrowing base mechanics, debt facility structuring, and complex covenant frameworks across warehouse and structured debt facilities in asset-heavy fintech or banking environments
• Experience analyzing complex, loan-level financial data to identify trends, mitigate covenant exposure, and drive strategic capital allocation decisions
• Knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory constraints in high-growth credit ecosystems
• Advanced SQL and large-scale data analysis skills (MUST HAVE)
• Experience writing and auditing complex SQL queries against massive loan-level datasets using Snowflake/Databricks
• Advanced Excel/Sheets financial modeling skills
• Ability to translate multi-table database extracts into executive-ready financial models and analytical reports
• AI/LLM-driven automation experience and risk oversight (MUST HAVE)
• Ability to direct analysts in building and deploying automated monitoring/reporting agents with human-in-the-loop review protocols
• Ability to validate AI-generated outputs before external lender or senior leadership distribution
• Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining business analysts; experience with 2+ direct reports (PREFERRED)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
