Senior Full Stack Developer – Java/React

• Participate in platform architecture decisions and document the rationale behind them
• Build end-to-end features with Java on the backend and React on the frontend
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration layers
• Work with a microservices ecosystem integrated with legacy systems and monoliths
• Design and evolve data persistence across relational and non-relational databases
• Work with messaging and asynchronous processing
• Write automated tests and actively participate in code reviews
• Contribute to architecture discussions with technical reasoning
• Investigate and resolve issues in production environments
• Use AI thoughtfully in development and rigorously review its output
• Share context and support junior team members

• Strong software development experience, with production-ready deliveries
• Java on the backend and React on the frontend, with autonomy across both areas
• Docker and containerization; familiarity with deployment on Azure
• Relational database modeling, querying, and optimization
• Asynchronous processing with RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, or Kafka
• Knowledge of non-relational databases and a clear understanding of when to use them
• Daily use of Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools
• Consumption and integration of third-party APIs
• Self-sufficient in unblocking yourself and clear about when to ask for help
• Commitment to quality without compromising delivery speed
• Collaboration within a small squad
• Curiosity about applied AI in products
