Senior Rust Consultant, Engineer

• Solve complex problems at the intersection of high-performance software engineering and strategic IT consulting
• Support renowned market leaders and global players in developing high-end software
• Advise clients at C-level and architecture level
• Move directly into client projects following a fast onboarding process
• Take on consulting responsibilities and actively develop code from the first client contact through project completion
• Help clients balance future-oriented technologies with economic sustainability
• Use modern technologies and scalable architectures while applying best practices
• Independently develop optimal solutions
• Communicate openly with clients, teams, and colleagues, exchanging ideas and technology trends
• Contribute to an internal open-source community
• Support clients on-site when required

• At least 5 years of proven professional experience developing with Rust
• Expert-level knowledge of memory management and concurrency
• Experience providing professional consulting services to clients
• Ability to structure complex topics and present them to groups
• Strong technical expertise and confident communication skills
• Willingness to demonstrate Rust code or provide project references
• Fluent German and English communication skills in professional discussions
• Willingness to travel regularly, on average once per quarter
