Revenue Analyst

• Maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties
• Report to and work closely with the Lead Revenue Manager
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation
• Collaborate with property partners and cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and financial strategy
• Forecast competitive-set Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90–120 days
• Design, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies to drive profitability and grow RevPAR Index
• Monitor market performance and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change and financial forecasts
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes covering portfolio pickup, strategy impact, new strategy suggestions, and financial forecast risks and upside
• Conduct forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals
• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to increase Net Revenue and Operating Profit year over year

• Based in the Philippines; candidates outside the Philippines will not be considered
• Availability for overnight hours, generally Tuesday through Saturday, aligned with U.S. business hours
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data
• Experience using revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technology tools
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
• Ability to formulate and implement revenue and pricing strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Financial acumen and understanding of overall property business objectives
• Experience driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines
• Track record of maximizing revenue, optimizing profitability, and exceeding property revenue goals
• Completion of a short Vervoe assessment, approximately 45 minutes, as the first interview step
