HRIS Analyst I

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions, including time types, accruals, eligibility rules, workflows, and absence processes
• Configure and support Employee Central foundation object and employee data structures
• Configure and maintain Employee Central foundation objects, MDF Objects, Object Definitions, Associations, business rules, and related configurations
• Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and resolve defects
• Review SAP SuccessFactors release updates and recommend adoption of relevant features
• Work independently with business stakeholders

• Prior hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong configuration experience in Employee Central and Time Off modules
• Expertise in time types and their workflows, time accounts, accrual rules, and take rules/business rules
• Experience working in multi-country SuccessFactors implementations and support environments is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred
