Lead, Growth Analytics

• Own the end-to-end experimentation engine, pricing mechanics, and app funnel optimization
• Lead, mentor, and direct a high-performing growth analytics team
• Cultivate data-driven decision-making with clear accountability
• Own analytics for onboarding flows and paywalls
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and develop growth hypotheses from user behavior data
• Design, execute, and analyze pricing experiments involving tariffs, localized pricing, paywall variants, and upsell offers
• Optimize conversion rates and average revenue per user (ARPU)
• Establish standardized experimentation methodologies across the company
• Define sample sizes, guardrail metrics, and statistical boundaries using sequential testing and Bayesian or Frequentist approaches
• Implement AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows for exploratory data analysis, reporting, and automated anomaly detection
• Synthesize experiment outcomes into recommendations for C-suite, Product, and Marketing leaders

• Proven, successful managerial experience leading growth or product analytics teams in digital or mobile app environments
• Deep hands-on experience with app funnel analysis, paywalls, onboarding optimization, and pricing mechanics for B2C subscription or freemium products
• Strong mastery of A/B testing methodologies, statistical hypothesis testing, variance reduction (CUPED), and experimental design
• Strong hands-on SQL skills to query, model, and verify data independently
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with modern product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Looker, and Tableau
• Experience with experimentation tools
• Active use of AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
• Exceptional ability to translate complex statistical outcomes into clear commercial insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Direct experience with EPPO or similar platforms is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and MMPs is a nice-to-have
• Knowledge of geo-lift tests, holdout groups, and causal inference methods is a nice-to-have
• Experience in high-growth mobile subscription apps is a nice-to-have
