Finance Accountant

• Independently manage ongoing accounting for several companies within the OneQrew Group
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Manage payments and dunning procedures
• Support and actively participate in monthly and annual closings in accordance with HGB
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, particularly VAT advance returns and EC Sales Lists (ZM)
• Reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany accounts and fixed-asset accounting
• Serve as a point of contact for tax advisors and auditors
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes
• Support the development of efficient, Group-wide finance standards
• Help stabilize and further develop finance processes

• Completed commercial or vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter), or further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally at least five years
• Strong practical knowledge of preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Knowledge of tax law
• Ideally, experience supporting multiple companies or working with complex accounting structures
• Proficiency in DATEV
• Very strong Excel skills
• Very good German language skills
• English language skills are an advantage
