Senior Delphi Developer

• Develop and maintain software programs
• Implement system improvements and fixes based on the definitions established during the analysis phase
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems, with a focus on backend development
• Participate in and support the analysis and specification of new implementations
• Provide application support and assist with improvements to mitigate errors and enhance usability
• Model data and create Oracle database scripts
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs
• Apply appropriate methods and techniques for Delphi-based equipment and applications

• Experience developing applications with C# (.NET 4, 4.5, 4.6, and Core)
• Experience developing DELPHI applications
• Experience developing the backend layer of web applications
• Experience with applications that use dependency injection mechanisms
• Experience developing with JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Castle Windsor, Autofac, Ninject, or Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection
• Experience with ORM tools
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: NHibernate, Microsoft Entity Framework, or an equivalent
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: RequireJS, React, or KnockoutJS
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• A degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Technology-related specializations, courses, or certifications are preferred
• Knowledge of C# is preferred
• Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the healthcare industry (health plans, ANS, TISS standard) is preferred
• Knowledge of Autofac, Castle Windsor, and NHibernate is preferred
