Senior Creatio Developer

• Develop server-side logic, custom services, and Freedom UI components for assigned areas
• Implement integrations with the bank’s service bus and core systems
• Own integration contracts with the bank’s systems
• Use versioned Creatio packages and supported extension points without modifying the product core
• Route external-system access through OData, DataService, and governed APIs rather than direct database access
• Use configuration instead of code where configuration can meet requirements
• Review code and configuration across the team
• Contribute to the practice’s reusable accelerator set
• Work on an on-premises banking CRM with fifteen integration interfaces, five promotion environments, and bank-controlled release changes

• Active Creatio Developer certification required; advanced-level certification is a significant plus
• 3+ years developing on Creatio for real client implementations
• Strong C# / .NET
• Working JavaScript and Angular for Freedom UI customization
• Package architecture and versioning, including file-system development backed by Git, dependency management, and promotion across environments
• Experience with EntitySchemaQuery, Entity, and direct query classes
• Hands-on REST/JSON and SOAP/XML integration experience
• Knowledge of authentication, retries, idempotency, and error handling
• SQL Server performance optimization, including reading execution plans and fixing slow queries
• English at B2 or above
• Banking or fintech domain experience is a strong advantage
• On-premises deployment and clio CLI automation experience is a strong advantage
• Redis, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline construction experience is a strong advantage
• RTL or Arabic interface experience is a strong advantage
• Experience mentoring developers new to the platform is a strong advantage
