Legal Executive

• Verify and draft Title Due Diligence Reports and provide legal opinions for properties in the Gujarat region
• Effectively manage allotted cases and report escalations in a timely manner
• Coordinate with external counsels and clients
• Conduct research on land laws of different states
• Coordinate with vendors to secure documents and reports
• Draft and vet contracts and other documents
• Handle other related tasks assigned from time to time

• Ability to work with confidential documents
• Good understanding of real estate laws; sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of property documentation is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Gujarati language
• Ability to read Gujarati is required
• 6 months to 3 years of expertise in drafting title due diligence reports
