Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

• Serve as the strategic leader of the assigned territory
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
• Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution
• Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions
• Complete required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities
• Advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals across Little Rock, Jackson, MS, and surrounding areas
• Report to the Senior District Manager

• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech
• Oncology/hematology experience required; Multiple Myeloma experience preferred
• Competitive selling skills
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Persistence and grit with a track record of succeeding in challenging environments
• Personal auto or company car/truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
• Ability to travel regularly by air or car
• Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies
• Account Management experience in any industry
• Specialty Pharmacy experience
• Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies
• People management or other leadership experience
• MBA or other advanced degree
