Social Media Content Creator

• Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy
• Write articles for LinkedIn and other platforms addressing customer problems and showcasing success stories
• Manage daily social media operations and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Engage with the audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Gather insights and stories for compelling content
• Create a content playbook standardizing content creation, messaging, and social media engagement
• Utilize client feedback, lead magnets, and referral programs to attract and retain customers
• Engage in content partnerships and collaborate on content creation projects
• Support small businesses and align content with strategic objectives

• Demonstrable experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
• Strong writing skills in English
• Ability to create engaging, informative content tailored to the target audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Preference for candidates who can work from anywhere, with particular interest in candidates based in Lebanon
