Full Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer

• Build and deliver production LLM applications for clients
• Develop solutions involving RAG, hybrid search, and document parsing
• Work directly with senior business stakeholders
• Own solutions end to end, from discovery and prototyping through deployment on Azure and ongoing evaluation
• Lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders
• Provide clear status updates and work effectively with ambiguity
• Deploy applications on Azure and conduct ongoing evaluation

• Strong React/TypeScript and Python skills (FastAPI or similar)
• Experience delivering at least one LLM application to production, including RAG, prompt design, structured output, and OpenAI API
• Hands-on experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel)
• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar)
• Working knowledge of Azure, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO
• Strong client-facing skills, including leading sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates, and working effectively with ambiguity
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Nice to have: MCP server development or Claude/agent integrations
• Nice to have: Experience with PII and GDPR handling, including Presidio and EU data residency
• Nice to have: Background in finance, private equity, or M&A due diligence
