Field Service Technician – Power Generation

• Install, commission, service and decommission generators, power distribution equipment and load banks at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control system faults
• Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and operational testing
• Provide technical support to customers
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and service
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Support critical customer operations across multiple industries

• Experience servicing, maintaining or troubleshooting generators, diesel engines, industrial plant or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
• Skilled fault-finding
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Commitment to safe working practices and exceptional customer service
• Full driving licence
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
