Master Field Technician

• Repair chronic units and outliers, averaging 2 ATMs per day
• Complete full preventative maintenance on all modules
• Use NCR Atleos knowledge systems, repositories, and resources to ensure quality, long-lasting repairs
• Manage PPK to ensure correct parts are on hand
• Review device logs and decode them to identify root causes
• Travel outside the regular service area as needed, potentially including overnight stays
• Provide input to Knowledge Systems as required
• Deliver quality support and enhanced results meeting established KPIs and customer SLAs
• Partner with local teams to coach and mentor when needed
• Identify equipment requiring specialized expertise within designated work zones
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including the Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, timekeeping requirements, and fleet policies
• Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the employer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NCR ATM repair
• Completion of Basic and Advanced ATM training in NCRU
• Recommendation from your Direct Manager
• Proven performance through quality data
• Knowledge of NCR Atleos ATM diagnostic tools, troubleshooting, and repair processes
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Advanced understanding of Networking Technology (preferred)
• Great knowledge of NCR Atleos’ products and processes (preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including night and weekend shifts where applicable
• Willingness and ability to perform overtime work upon management request or need
• Ability to travel outside the regular service area as needed
• Compliance with safe-driving requirements and company fleet policies
