Cement Manufacturing Consultant

• Act as a digital transformation leader and subject matter expert in industrial manufacturing, aerospace engineering, and plant operations
• Build and lead a team of consultants ready to be deployed on assignments
• Work with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to generate business for Capgemini Invent
• Lead engagements involving digital continuity, engineering transformation, and model-based systems engineering
• Propose and develop customized digital offerings
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify technology solutions and partnerships
• Present suitable business cases to global OEMs, industry players, and customers

• 8+ years of work experience in consulting plus Industrial, with emphasis on Engineering and Plant Operations consulting and project management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset
• Sound process and technology skills
• Exposure to MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) and Agile/SAFe
• Ability to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, cloud, AR/VR, automation, digital twin, blockchain, and RFID
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose, develop, and manage digital offers
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies
• Ability to identify key technology solutions and partnerships
• Ability to present business cases to global OEMs, industry players, and customers, considering business objectives and ROI
