Senior Frontend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end from requirement refinement to production release
• Own existing Angular codebase areas by understanding, stabilizing, and improving them
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with Vitest
• Create lightweight design documentation
• Contribute to frontend architecture, performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements
• Build frontend experiences for AI-powered clinical and administrative products
• Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow
• Improve engineering processes and tooling across the community
• Collaborate within a small cross-functional product team
• Develop patient-facing applications and internal tools for doctors and administrators

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analysing metrics to determine whether it worked
• Strong product and UX judgment
• Fluency in modern Angular: standalone components, signals, current change detection and DI patterns
• Advanced RxJS and TypeScript in real production scenarios
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale
• Hands-on experience with unit testing; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to write effective skills, prompts, and instructions for coding agents
• Understanding of agent principles including context, tools, and feedback loops
• Ability to structure code and documentation for effective agent use
• Comfort working across the backend boundary, including SQL queries, endpoint validation, and API-layer troubleshooting
• Intermediate English (B1+)
• Fluent Russian
