Senior Product Manager, Biometric Readers

• Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and feature backlogs for biometric reader solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, maintenance releases, and new product introductions
• Represent customer, partner, and market needs throughout the product development lifecycle
• Keep documentation, training, certifications, pricing, and messaging up to date and accurate
• Communicate product strategy, functionality, and value proposition to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams
• Define and communicate clear, actionable, and verifiable product requirements
• Independently lead activities with a results-oriented mindset to meet functional and quality expectations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Act as the single point of contact for feature-level decisions, clarifications, and prioritization
• Align business objectives, roadmap, and execution with the PACS Biometric Readers Solution roadmap, strategic vision, and priorities
• Work with Product & Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Support, Sales, Pre-Sales, customers, and partners
• Evangelize and train internally on biometric products

• Business-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role managing technology products
• Experience with biometric technologies and solutions
• Experience working with embedded firmware, electro-mechanical products, APIs, and customer-facing software applications
• Experience defining requirements and working within cross-functional product development environments
• Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and related security technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and global team environment
• Comfortable using Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for communication and tracking
• Experience with Agile SAFe product development methodologies and tools is preferred
• Experience working with access control readers, credential technologies, or identity solutions is preferred
• Advanced degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred
• Proficient in Jira for backlog and board management is preferred
• Familiar with Miro, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams is preferred
• Currently and legally authorized to reside and work in Brazil
• Immigration sponsorship is not available
• International relocation or remote work arrangements outside Brazil will not be considered
