Customer Support Representative, Turkish & English

• Provide customer support for an online betting platform
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and offline messaging
• Support customers with account-related issues and general questions

• Turkish: Minimum B2 level
• English: Minimum B1 level
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts based on German time
• Availability for 24/7 operation, including live chat until midnight and offline message support from 00:00 to 09:00 German time
