Senior SAP HCM Consultant

• Support and enhance SAP HCM PY, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability
• Handle complex tickets, identify root causes, and implement solutions and improvements
• Participate in rollouts, enhancement projects, and new SAP HCM implementations
• Maintain and create complex payroll calculation rules (PCRs) and schemas
• Configure and adapt the system in accordance with collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, and specific business requirements
• Ensure SAP compliance with Brazilian labor legislation by monitoring legal updates and payroll-related obligations
• Work with eSocial, including maintenance, inconsistency resolution, error correction, and monitoring event submissions
• Partner with Human Resources and Payroll departments, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Evaluate scenarios, propose efficient and scalable solutions, and support technical decision-making
• Work collaboratively with other modules in the SAP HCM ecosystem

• Strong experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with proven experience in the PY module—Payroll, Brazil Localization
• Advanced knowledge of schema and PCR configuration
• Experience with payroll processes, including averages, alimony, vacation, termination, 13th salary, statutory charges, and other payroll-related routines
• Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation as applied to SAP HCM
• Hands-on experience with eSocial in SAP, including messaging, inconsistency resolution, and event monitoring
• Knowledge of SAP HCM submodules PA (Personnel Administration), PT (Time Management), and BN (Benefits)
• Experience working for large companies, preferably in the industrial, metallurgical, or steel sectors
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing environments and multiple union rules
• Ability to provide consultative support to business areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
