Sales Manager – Account Management

• Lead a brand-new Existing Business team and take full ownership of its outcomes, hiring, tools, and processes
• Lead Junior Account Managers overseeing portfolios of up to 1,000 mid-tier clients
• Drive quarterly KPIs focused on net revenue retention, expansion upsells, and churn reduction
• Establish high-output, high-call-volume workflows using data-driven triggers to identify account expansion opportunities
• Hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and continuously develop Junior Account Managers
• Conduct call reviews and provide tailored coaching and direct feedback
• Set transparent performance standards and foster a growth-oriented, revenue-focused culture
• Own and optimize operational flows, Salesforce execution, and CRM hygiene
• Promote AI tools and conversation intelligence to improve representative efficiency and performance
• Identify bottlenecks and test creative sales playbooks and engagement approaches

• At least 2+ years of experience as the sole direct manager of a team of 6+ direct reports
• Experience managing AMs or SDRs/BDRs in high-call-volume environments across large customer portfolios or lead lists
• Strong commitment to active coaching, direct feedback, and structured career development
• Proactive problem-solving, follow-through, and accountability for team outcomes
• Strategic commercial thinking and creativity focused on revenue impact
• Prior IC experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound Account Management roles (nice to have)
• Hands-on Salesforce administration/workflow setup, AI enablement tools, or call intelligence software such as Modjo or Gong (nice to have)
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech environments (nice to have)
