Pipeline Medical Science Liaison

• Facilitate scientific dialogue and support scientific, clinical and business objectives for the designated therapeutic area
• Support clinical research and enterprise-critical studies globally
• Collaborate with Clinical Site Management teams, especially Clinical Research Associates
• Engage investigators, healthcare professionals and key scientific institutions
• Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters and AbbVie's pipeline
• Understand enrollment and screening barriers at clinical trial sites and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with CSM, CDO, Clinical Development and affiliate medical departments to support clinical trials
• Participate in country and site feasibility and selection processes
• Support advisory boards, steering committees, congresses and symposia
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with investigators and thought leaders
• Act as primary contact for investigator-initiated study ideas
• Collect and communicate field intelligence on competitive activities and investigator insights
• Identify opportunities for partnering on new assets, treatment approaches and novel targets
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and AbbVie's policies

• Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline required (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD or MSc)
• Candidates with an undergraduate degree and significant relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in the aligned therapeutic area, scientific methods, clinical research & development and current regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in scientific storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team and in matrix environment
• Fluent in Polish and English
