Software Engineer – AI Code Licensing Program

• Submit an existing software repository for initial assessment of licensing value
• Receive an evaluation based on the codebase and applicable acceptance criteria
• Explore licensing opportunities if the repository qualifies
• Review estimated value before deciding whether to proceed
• Receive compensation according to agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed
• Support assessment of abandoned startups, discontinued products, personal projects, internal tools, previous SaaS products, applications, platforms, and other original repositories

• Software development experience or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository
• Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code
• Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software
• Code must not include third-party material that you are not permitted to sublicense

• Compensation according to agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed
• $100 per 1M source-code tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing
• $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing
• Opportunity to review estimated repository value before deciding whether to proceed
