Technical Product Manager – Product Owner

• Own client implementations end-to-end from discovery and solution definition through testing, deployment, and handover
• Translate client needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and prioritized backlogs
• Map systems, APIs, data sources, access requirements, and dependencies
• Coordinate engineering work across integrations, provisioning, configuration, and testing
• Lead technical client conversations and manage trade-offs, expectations, and scope changes
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered work against agreed criteria
• Capture implementation learnings and turn recurring client needs into reusable platform capabilities
• Translate product vision and business priorities into prioritized roadmaps and product backlogs
• Own requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and release cycles
• Track progress and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Coordinate delivery across multiple modules and teams
• Gather stakeholder feedback and turn insights into product improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial teams, and leadership
• Use AI coding and prototyping tools to explore ideas, ship improvements, and build internal tools

• Experience managing technical software, SaaS or platform products, technical implementations, integrations, or complex software delivery
• Ability to translate business or client needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and executable delivery plans
• Understanding of backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and software delivery processes
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data sources, authentication, configuration, provisioning, and interconnected systems
• Ability to coordinate across engineering and cross-functional teams while managing dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Stakeholder communication skills, including explaining technical concepts, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping tools
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong documentation habits, sound judgment, and high ownership
