Creative Producer

• Shape and oversee the creative direction of original YouTube shows for a globally recognized beauty brand
• Help define the creative vision and develop distinctive, engaging formats
• Ensure each show aligns with channel strategy, brand positioning, and audience ambition
• Work closely with an external production agency responsible for execution
• Provide creative guidance throughout production
• Challenge and refine ideas
• Review key creative decisions
• Ensure final output remains true to the agreed vision and strategy

• Strong experience developing and leading large-scale entertainment shows for YouTube, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile, audience-driven formats
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, storytelling, and creator culture
• Strong creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to critically assess, challenge, and improve concepts and formats
• Experience overseeing external production agencies, studios, or other creative partners
• Hands-on experience reviewing creative work across concept development, casting, scripts, visual direction, and edits
• Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures
• Ability to balance creative ambition with brand strategy, guidelines, and wider business objectives
• Experience developing content for international or multi-market audiences is highly desirable
• Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer categories is a plus, but not essential
