Sales Support – Quoting Specialist

• Triage the sales@ inbox, qualify leads, answer inquiries, and route complex deals to the appropriate salesperson
• Qualify partners based on installed bases, use cases, budget, and timing
• Build accurate quotes and configurations for hardware players, software licenses, and services using standard price lists
• Identify upsell opportunities involving warranty extensions, software upgrades, update plans, and subscriptions
• Run live chat and host quick Teams or phone calls to explain options to partners
• Follow up with partners to obtain missing details
• Maintain meticulously clean CRM data
• Report weekly and monthly KPIs
• Document learnings into playbooks for future hires
• Help establish playbooks as the first US hire for this function

• Proven B2B inside sales or sales support experience
• Practical hardware/IT technical knowledge, such as a tech support background, IT experience, or a technical degree
• Experience building quotes and working with price lists
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to ask sharp, structured questions to extract information from prospects
• Fluent, confident spoken and written English
• Comfortable joining live calls with US channel partners and customers
• High attention to detail with CRM data entry and follow-ups
• Willingness to work fixed US business hours on the Philippine night shift
• Experience in hardware and SaaS environments is nice to have
• Background in Digital Signage, AV, or IT channels is nice to have
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is nice to have; licensing and training will be provided
• Experience with live chat support and process documentation is nice to have
