Retail Visual Merchandiser – Internship

• Create shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and sales outlet requirements
• Supervise and monitor assigned sales outlets for compliance with brand image standards
• Maintain constant contact with assigned stores, both on-site and remotely
• Train store personnel on Visual Merchandising techniques and design choices
• Support the Manager in implementing the retail strategy through Visual Merchandising activities, including window rotation and remerchandising
• Create window displays and merchandising according to commercial needs, products at the point of sale, Brand guidelines, and company standards
• Ensure store activities are completed according to planned timelines
• Monitor sales trends to assess activity effectiveness and guide the Visual Merchandising strategy
• Report commercial network needs to the Visual Merchandiser Manager
• Promote role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities
• Promote and develop digital technology use within the function
• Promote sustainable development practices related to the environment, business processes, and organizational community
