Senior Platform Engineer

• Design, build and operate production Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal infrastructure and public clouds
• Roll out and operate Filigran products in new regions and on new providers
• Develop and maintain Helm charts, Ansible automation, CI/CD pipelines and a virtual appliance for on-premises environments
• Maintain SaaS availability and reliability through observability, monitoring, capacity planning, incident management and post-incident reviews
• Harden the platform and support compliance requirements for regulated environments such as FedRAMP and SecNumCloud
• Use AI agents for infrastructure code, incident investigation and runbook drafting while reviewing and owning shipped work
• Design agent-friendly repositories, documentation and guardrails
• Scope problems, propose solutions and document technical decisions
• Participate in shared on-call rotation
• Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team, Technical Product Manager, software development teams and customer support
• Report to the Director of Platform Engineering

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Cloud Engineer
• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, including operating and troubleshooting clusters
• Strong Ansible skills and experience writing and maintaining Helm charts
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals
• Comfortable working on at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, or strongly willing to learn
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and an observability stack such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Security mindset regarding secrets, access, network exposure and blast radius
• Experience using AI tools and agents in work, or eagerness to start, with critical review of their output
• Willingness to read and write scripts and tooling, mostly Python
• Comfortable in a remote-first, asynchronous team, with ownership, autonomy and team spirit
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Nice to have: bare-metal or on-premises infrastructure experience
• Nice to have: Terraform, especially for cloud infrastructure
• Nice to have: infrastructure security experience or CKS certification
• Nice to have: regulated or compliance-heavy environment experience
• Nice to have: Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis or S3-compatible storage experience
• Nice to have: designing skills, workflows or guardrails for AI agents
• Nice to have: fluent French
