Middle SEO Specialist

• Manage an assigned group of websites under the guidance of the SEO Team Lead
• Analyze website indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health to identify issues and growth opportunities
• Prepare proposals for SEO improvements and implement agreed action plans
• Collect and cluster semantics, build page structures, and optimize metadata and internal linking
• Prepare technical requirements for Content, Dev, and Link Building teams and verify SEO implementation
• Review websites before launch and after changes are implemented
• Work with automation tools and suggest ways to streamline repetitive manual operations
• Participate in SEO tests by documenting baseline metrics, changes, and results
• Maintain a change history and provide concise reports on completed work, results, areas requiring attention, and next steps

• Experience managing several SEO projects simultaneously
• Strong SEO expertise in semantics, clustering, website structure, on-page optimization, internal linking, and link-building principles
• Hands-on technical SEO experience with indexing, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, and response codes
• Ability to analyze GSC, rank trackers, Ahrefs, Semrush, and crawler data
• Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas, data lookup and matching, filters, and pivot tables
• Ability to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies between sources
• Ability to prepare technical requirements for Content and Dev teams and verify implementation results
• Ability to independently complete the cycle from problem identification through solution, implementation, and evaluation
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling, affiliate SEO, or other competitive niches is a plus
• Experience with single-brand websites, newly registered domains, multiple GEOs and languages is a plus
• Experience with large-scale website launches or managing dozens or more websites is a plus
• Experience with scripts, APIs, Apps Script, Python, n8n, or ready-made automation tools is a plus
• Hands-on AI experience for analysis, content preparation, and material review is a plus
• Experience evaluating dropped domains, anchor plans, and link-building results is a plus
• Understanding of the relationship between SEO traffic, offer clicks, registrations, FTDs, and revenue is a plus
