Senior Data Science Analyst

• Provide technical leadership to the team.
• Provide technical leadership in the development, maintenance, and optimization of predictive and prescriptive models for the business.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques and resources.
• Collect, maintain, process, clean, and analyze business-related databases.
• Develop tools and models to analyze company and market behavior.
• Create data visualizations and ensure interpretations are grounded in statistical evidence.
• Develop propensity and churn models to infer future consumer behavior.
• Create clusters and target-audience segments for digital audience strategies.
• Monitor model accuracy in production and make adjustments as needed.
• Translate complex statistical data into strategic recommendations for Growth and Media teams.

• Advanced experience in statistical modeling, including regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Proficiency in tools for handling large volumes of data, including Python/R and SQL.
• Knowledge of media activation platforms and the digital data ecosystem.
• Ability to connect mathematical models to business objectives, including ROI, LTV, and CPA.
