Senior Requirements Analyst

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business and system requirements for the credit area
• Map and model existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions using BPM methodologies
• Prepare and review technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives
• Apply Design Thinking and Visual Thinking approaches to represent complex flows, processes, and concepts in a visual and accessible manner
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with technical and business stakeholders, promoting alignment on expectations, requirements, and scope
• Act as a consultant in identifying impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to evolve processes and systems
• Support the definition and prioritization of solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and systems documentation
• Proficiency in BPM methodologies and tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar platforms
• Solid experience in technology environments or the financial sector, preferably in credit operations
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements with different stakeholders
• Experience with Design Thinking and Visual Thinking techniques applied to process documentation and communication
• Ability to work independently to identify problems, analyze impacts, and propose improvements
• Knowledge of SQL Server and DB2 databases
• Knowledge of or experience with COBOL, CICS, .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with digital transformation, systems modernization, or process improvement projects in the financial sector
