Private Equity Associate – Consumer & Leisure

• Build a working financial model for an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against fixed criteria
• Provide a short written rationale for each peer review
• Complete a review scorecard
• Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

• 2–4 years total experience
• ~2 years investment banking experience in Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A
• 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity
• Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund
• Consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus preferred, including fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, or multi-site roll-ups
• Paris office or French deal experience preferred
• Able to build a financial model from source documents without a template
• English-speaking
• Availability for approximately 20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not supported
