Senior Financial Accountant

• Prepare and maintain ongoing financial accounting records, including payment transactions
• Prepare and produce monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• Prepare VAT returns
• Submit statistical reports
• Support ongoing bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for the European entities
• Reconcile balance sheet and profit-and-loss accounts, as well as intercompany accounts
• Support audits conducted by external audit firms
• Prepare analyses and reports for management

• Qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
• Extensive professional experience in Finance & Controlling
• Experience with SAP Cloud ERP/SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign is desirable
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office products
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Good English skills are essential for working in an international team
