Civil Litigation and Digital Law Attorney

• Conduct the initial analysis and triage of judicial and administrative claims (including Procon matters), identifying requests, risks, deadlines, urgent issues, and case-specific considerations, and routing matters to the appropriate teams
• Perform legal analysis of cases, define strategies, and prepare legal opinions and client communications in Portuguese and English, including summaries, recommendations, and requests for information or supporting materials from the relevant departments, when necessary
• Monitor ongoing cases and provide clients with updates
• Organize, update, and control information in spreadsheets and case management tools, ensuring data quality and effective tracking of matters
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of operational workflows, identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and optimize work routines
• Explore artificial intelligence tools and new solutions to optimize legal activities

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Advanced or fluent English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-structured legal documents
• Strong legal reasoning, analytical skills, and attention to detail, particularly in identifying risks, urgent issues, and case-specific considerations
• Organized, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the autonomy to manage matters and propose solutions
• Ability to prioritize and effectively handle a high volume of cases, emails, information, and deadlines simultaneously
• Interest in Technology, Digital Law, Consumer Law, and Civil Procedural Law, with a willingness to research and keep up to date with developments involving digital products and services
• Innovative, curious, and open to using new technologies, especially artificial intelligence tools
• Continuous-improvement mindset, with the initiative to identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and internal controls
