Operating Room Clinical Support Specialist

• Ensure the proper use of products by providing technical support to customers in the operating room during Stryker implant procedures (Hip & Knee product range)
• Work closely with the sales team
• Support surgeons during Stryker implant procedures
• Assist operating room staff when Stryker instruments and ancillary equipment are not yet fully mastered
• Contribute to training surgeons, residents, and operating room nurses (IBODEs) on Stryker instruments and specific surgical techniques
• Participate in internal product training sessions
• Oversee the logistics, ordering, availability, and traceability of kits and consignment inventory
• Keep the operating room support schedule up to date
• Increase awareness of Stryker and showcase its products during surgical support activities
• Remind customers of the features and benefits of Stryker products during procedures, in compliance with the company’s ethical guidelines

• IBODE qualification or Transitional Measures certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• English proficiency is an asset in an international organization and for a position offering career progression
