Senior Software Engineer

• Work on development projects and enhancements for ServiceNow
• Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS solutions
• Apply HTML, CSS, and AngularJS development skills
• Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
• Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment
• Review requirements to ensure sufficient detail for accurate estimation
• Keep ServiceNow skills current
• Conduct peer reviews, mentor colleagues, and share technical knowledge with the service management team
• Work with process owners and other stakeholders

• Minimum 10 yrs. of total experience
• Minimum 5 yrs. of experience as ServiceNow Developer
• Experience working in an ITSM organizational structure
• Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB core process areas
• ServiceNow development experience
• ITIL knowledge
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
• Ability to work the evening shift from 5pm–2am IST
