Senior AI Automation Expert – Microsoft M365, Copilot

• Design and implement automations with Power Automate
• Develop productive Copilot use cases
• Build internal assistants with Copilot Studio
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 components
• Troubleshoot Copilot and automation setups
• Document and standardize solutions
• Support—and, over time, independently deliver—prompting workshops, Copilot training sessions, and practical demos for executives
• Answer technical questions
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable language
• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
• Structure use cases
• Contribute to solution architectures
• Build best practices and internal standards
• Work on projects involving the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, automation of sales, HR, and proposal processes, development of internal knowledge copilots, and the establishment of AI governance within the M365 environment

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
• Strong understanding of technical processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and professional client-facing manner
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Structured and independent approach to work
