Product Designer – AI, Innovation

• Design efficient, transparent, personalized, predictable, and reliable experiences for generative AI-powered features
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into user needs and market opportunities
• Use AI to process user data, transcribe and synthesize interviews, analyze sentiment, and generate predictive insights
• Apply methods such as the CSD Matrix, desk research, card sorting, personas, and user journeys, integrated with intelligent automation
• Apply and adapt the Double Diamond model with AI tools for discovery, data synthesis, and ideation
• Develop high-fidelity functional flows and prototypes using generative AI tools and plugins
• Evolve the Design System with intelligent, adaptive components and integrate it with the agentic development workflow
• Plan and conduct concept tests, usability tests, fake door tests, A/B tests, and surveys
• Monitor and improve NPS, CSAT, CES, conversion, retention, and other experience and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Document and align decisions with guidelines, standards, OKRs, and the backlog
• Lead the adoption of global AI best practices in the Design workflow
• Promote accessibility in accordance with WCAG, usability, inclusion, and ethical AI practices

• Strong command of Design and UX/UI methods
• Fluency across the entire Product Discovery and Delivery lifecycle
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and Agile frameworks
• Hands-on, daily experience with AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI plugins, and transcription/synthesis tools
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, and libraries
• Knowledge of Claude Design and other generative AI prototyping tools
• Understanding of latency, loading states, error and hallucination handling, engagement, and AI applicability
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions using technical rationale and a data-driven approach
• Proactive, curious, investigative, and adaptable mindset
• Experience with AI-native products, conversational interfaces, chatbots, or Machine Learning-driven workflows is a plus
• Experience in startups, SaaS, fintech, legaltech, or lawtech is a plus
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or analytics platforms such as Amplitude/Mixpanel is a plus
• More than 6 years of experience in Product Design, working on multidisciplinary technology teams at digital product companies
