Senior Project Manager

• Own the end-to-end delivery of implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects for high-revenue enterprise clients
• Own project planning, budgeting, time tracking, and deliver regular status updates directly to executives
• Implement and own standard procedures for Professional Services engagements in close coordination with other internal teams
• Coordinate across engineering, technical support, and security teams to drive accountability
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and clients, translating technical roadblocks and operational milestones into clear, actionable client updates
• Identify technical and operational bottlenecks early and serve as the definitive point of contact and escalation path for clients during complex delivery phases
• Build, track, and maintain scalable project workflows that provide clear visibility for internal teams and clients
• Ensure all project activities and technical handoffs operate within healthcare compliance and security standards

• 7 to 10+ years of dedicated project management experience
• Previous hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering
• Mandatory experience utilizing the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation
• Proven track record of managing large project portfolios and successfully delivering enterprise projects in a highly regulated environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently
• Critical thinking
• PMP Certification – Good to have
