Planning Engineer

• Analyze current business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities
• Map processes using methodologies such as 5W1H, including activity flows, diagrams, flowcharts, descriptive text, and identification of critical tasks
• Develop standards for Petrobras’ management system
• Review, organize, and validate requirements and design future-state processes
• Validate solutions, remove barriers to adoption, and assess outcomes
• Analyze value-chain KPIs for the AGP Executive Management department
• Create dashboards to analyze and verify data quality
• Prepare visual summaries in PowerPoint and detailed documents in Word
• Present options to support decision-making while considering different stakeholders
• Interpret asset performance, deviations, trends, and projections
• Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope

• Advanced Excel skills for processing large volumes of data
• Knowledge of Miro, Visio, and other process-mapping software
• Experience in planning and control, process development, and reengineering
• Ability to develop and operationalize data and metrics
• SQL knowledge preferred for querying databases and generating analyses
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Active registration with the relevant professional engineering council
• Experience performing the specified duties or working in related scopes, subject to approval by the client’s oversight team
