Software Engineer II

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to design and scope new features for the core platform
• Architect solutions based on requirements documents for larger features
• Design data schemas that evolve with business needs
• Work with Salesforce technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Work closely with senior engineers to design and develop software systems
• Work with the company’s core technology stack
• Work in a limited capacity with product managers to clarify requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering teams

• Minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years experience in Software Development
• 2+ years experience in Salesforce Development
• Experience building complex software systems
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements and describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Understanding of professional software engineering practices and best practices across the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience with AI tools and familiarity with Agentic SDLC
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Salesforce development managed packages experience is a plus
• Salesforce development certification is a plus
