APAC Sales Manager – Children's Online Courses

• Deliver engaging 1:1 online trial lessons to children
• Meet the child and at least one parent on Zoom
• Build rapport and assess the child's background, interests, and goals
• Lead hands-on activities using ready-made coding, game logic, or digital-task materials
• Recommend the best-fit Kodland program
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide families toward enrollment decisions
• Work consistently from 7 AM CET to 12–1 PM CET, five days per week, with one weekday and one weekend day off
• Participate in onboarding, assessment, coaching, feedback, and webinars

• Clear, confident spoken English that English-speaking parents can easily follow
• Laptop/PC with a working webcam and microphone
• Stable internet suitable for video calls
• Quiet workspace with camera on
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week during peak hours
• Enjoyment of talking with children and parents
• Nice to have: experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching
• Nice to have: experience working with children and/or parents
