Program Supervisor

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure services to individuals are delivered
• Ensure all direct service shifts in assigned programs are filled
• Provide employee training
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served
• Assist with daily living tasks including mobility, transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Maintain accurate documentation and support effective program implementation and regulatory compliance
• Support team collaboration and individual outcomes

• Valid driver's license required due to transporting persons served
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
• Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred
