Psychologist – Triage Team

• Conduct one-off psychological triage sessions with new patients
• Administer the DASS-21 scale
• Welcome, understand, and assess patients’ concerns, needs, and available options
• Refer patients to the most appropriate psychologists and/or therapeutic approaches
• Monitor whether the initial appointment takes place, liaising between the patient and psychologist when necessary
• Complete medical records, spreadsheets, and departmental tracking systems
• Arrange new referrals when patients request a change of professional

• Active professional registration with the Regional Council of Psychology (CRP)
• Reside in the city of São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
• University degree in Psychology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening, empathy, and a welcoming approach
• Organization, accountability, and punctuality
• Ethical practice and commitment to quality of care
