Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

• Advise employees on Financial Wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance
• Ensure an excellent customer experience as a point of contact via phone, email and digital channels
• Handle customer inquiries independently, from consultation through implementation
• Explain complex topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
• Actively contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

• Completed vocational training, a university degree or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good command of German
• Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
