Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer

• Build and operate network infrastructure supporting the global workforce
• Deploy and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using the Meraki Dashboard and APIs
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity issues
• Manage ISP relationships, circuit procurement, installations, renewals, SLAs, outage escalation, and domain performance tracking
• Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security
• Deploy and operate Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, VPN, and firewall policy infrastructure
• Monitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes
• Maintain architecture diagrams, IP plans, runbooks, and SOPs
• Deploy and administer enterprise AI platforms including Gemini Enterprise and Claude
• Build AI-powered automations to reduce manual work
• Enforce AI usage controls including data protection, DLP, audit logging, and access policies
• Evaluate AI tools and vendors through pilots and measurable impact recommendations
• Build script- and API-based integrations and automation
• Escalate complex network and infrastructure issues for IT Support
• Participate in a global on-call rotation
• Partner with Security, Compliance, Facilities, IT Support, and Engineering teams
• Lead projects and help shape the technical roadmap

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, and firewall
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience working with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms such as Gemini or Claude, including administration or integration work
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or JavaScript and experience building against REST APIs
• Understanding of AI data security principles, including data classification, DLP, and least privilege
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting designs and teaching others
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
